Actually, Abdalla, revealed that Kalyn was initially hesitant to approach due to her self-described “pretty bad resting b—h face.” But once she faced that particular issue head-on, “Our relationship has been extremely interesting,” the 26-year-old told People, “but now he’s like my brother. We’re very close.”
In fact, the whole cast of Amazon’s adaption of Elle Kennedy‘s steamy book series, frequently finds themselves hanging as a squad.
“They are truly some of my best friends,” Abdalla shared. “And I think it is so unique and special to not only go through this experience and have people having a similar experience, and being there to support you, but having those people be ones that you genuinely love.”
However, that doesn’t mean anyone in the cast is in love.
Much to fans’ dismay,Belmont Cameli(i.e. Briar University’s hockey pad-wearing big man on campus Garrett Graham) and Kalyn are not skating solo off-camera. Though Ella Bright (introspective songwriter Hannah Wells) appears to currently be playing the field.
