Jeff Hardy Health Update Revealed

AEW star Jeff Hardy recently encountered a harrowing moment during an AEW Rampage taping immediately following AEW Dynamite at the H-E-B Center in Cedar Park, Texas. In a match against Sammy Guevara, Hardy seemed to sustain an injury, sparking widespread concern for his health.

Videos circulating online highlight the incident where Hardy took a hard hit, initiating speculation about the extent of his injuries. Wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer has provided his thoughts on the matter on Wrestling Observer Radio. Meltzer stated, “It was pretty nasty. I haven’t heard the severity of the injury, but it looked bad. It was one of those. I mean, you’ve seen them before, the knee just hit him right in the temple, I think it looked like. So he was knocked pretty silly. But we don’t know. It may not be that severe, but yeah, not sure.”

Reports noted that Jeff Hardy was bleeding from the mouth and appeared disoriented while trying to stand, highlighting the gravity of the situation. The incident has reignited criticism towards Guevara, with some fans labeling him as an unsafe worker, especially recalling a past incident where Guevara injured Jeff’s brother, Matt Hardy, in 2020. This situation has undeniably cast a shadow over Guevara’s in-ring reputation.
