He enlisted Michelle Ray from season four of The Voice to rework the song, and elevate it to a brand-new level of fabulous. In his own words. ““Something” is my favorite Beatles tune of all time. So I jumped at the chance to do a remix of the song when BMG acquired George Harrison‘s catalog. These musical shoes are literally the biggest in the world to fill, so I had to completely pull out all the stops on this Beatles tribute, including nods to the artwork and a truly epic music video.”
Aside from his courage in taking on such an endeavor, his talent and production skills are perhaps his finest hour. A definite victory in the music industry, and a prelude of what we can expect to come from DRMAGDN. The video is not your average everyday cookie cutter video. It has class, taste, and of course great music to go with it. Michelle does an amazing job on the vocals. George Harrison would’ve been thrilled at the outcome.
