Justin Moore To Co-Host Sports Radio Show on 103.7 The Buzz

Country star Justin Moore is no stranger to the air waves … but the next time Arkansas fans tune in to their local radio station, they’ll hear him in a whole new way.

The “With a Woman You Love” singer has just become the newest co-host of a sports-talk show on 103.7 The Buzz, joining the panel behind Morning Mayhem.

A native Arkansan and lifelong devotee of the University of Arkansas Razorbacks, Moore will now spend weekdays from 6 a.m. – 10 a.m. bantering about sports in his home state, and likely bringing his fiery wit and self-assurance to the show. He’ll start on December 30 alongside David Bazzel, Roger Scott and R.J. Hawk, and says he’s looking forward to the change of pace. But make no mistake, he’s still a country singer.

“Long before my success in country music, I was a die-hard fan of all Arkansas Razorback sports,” Moore says in a statement about the news. “Growing up in Arkansas, you learn to love the Razorbacks early. No matter what part of the state you’re from, you’re born calling the Hogs. Now I have an outlet for talking about my team. … I’m thrilled to be part of a show that is dedicated to just talking about life in Arkansas – whether that be spirited debates about Razorback sports or other topics of interest to listeners. But make no mistake, my music career will always be a priority.”

The news may seem like it came out of “left field,” but actually, Moore has been a guest on 103.7 The Buzz multiple times, and his new co-stars say he’s a natural.

“Justin has a dynamic personality, which is essential when you’re helping wake up listeners at 6 a.m.,” said Bazzel. “His knowledge of the Razorbacks is encyclopedic, and his love for the state of Arkansas is as genuine as it is infectious. And, while Justin is a country superstar, he is also a husband and father who loves his family and state. I can’t wait for our listeners to get to know him on a more personal level.”

Morning Mayhem will air weekdays from 6-10 a.m. on 103.7 The Buzz, and Moore joins the crew starting December 30. That show will be a special remote broadcast from Tampa, Florida, as the Arkansas Razorbacks prepare to take on the Penn State Nittany Lions in the 2022 Outback Bowl on New Year’s Day.

Over his career, Justin Moore has scored 10 Number One singles, including “Small Town USA,” “The Ones That Didn’t Make It Back Home,” “Why We Drink” and most recently, “We Didn’t Have Much.” He released the single “With a Woman You Love” earlier this year.
