Oop! Jim Jones Says Stop Worrying About When He’s Getting Married To Chrissy Lampkin: ‘Why You Worried About Me Getting Married?’ (Video)

If you think Jim Jones wants to discuss why he has yet to marry Chrissy Lampkin, you’re sadly mistaken.

On Thursday, the rapper was speaking with the host of WGCI’s “The Morning Show,” and made it clear that if you’re not married or experienced marriage, don’t ask him about his situation.

When asked if there was pressure to marry Chrissy Lampkin, He stated, “Nope. You married? Kendra G., the host, replied, “I’m not married.” Jim Jones asked, “ Your mama married?” Kendra stated, “My mother wasn’t married either. “

Jim Jones stated, “Alright, then! That should answer your question. Why you worried about me getting married? You talking to me about something that you or your mom haven’t fulfilled. So, you shouldn’t worry about what’s going on in my house.”

As you know, Chrissy proposed to Jim Jones back in 2011, on the first season of “Love & Hip Hop.” In season two, Chrissy took a break from their relationship ‘cause Jim Jones wasn’t moving fast enough. They eventually got back together.

In 2020, Chrissy spoke to VH1 about her proposal to Jim Jones and she stated,  “To be honest with you, it’s not a priority anymore, she said. “Our relationship is in a good place. I thought that that was, like, the natural progression [to get engaged], but it’s not for everybody. So, we’re good right now.”

Chrissy also revealed that she never watched the episode when it aired. It was years later and she told VH1, “You know I never watched this? That was a lot,” she said after watching the clip. “I felt the love. It was weird and I’m not in that space anymore, but that’s okay. I still love him. The love is still there.”
