Kamala Harris Becomes The First Vice President To Have A Wax Figure At Madame Tussauds

Roommates, Vice President Kamala Harris is making history once again, as she will be the very first VP to have a wax figure in the infamous Madame Tussauds wax museum!

The museum announce on its Instagram account Wednesday that a Kamala figure is in the works, and even gave a sneak peak into the process of sculpting her head. As the first Black woman to be named Vice President, it’s a great honor to also be the first VP to ever grace to museum.

Sculptors for the museum revealed that President Biden will also be getting a sculpture, which is part of the museum’s tradition when a new United States president takes office. Madame Tussauds even announced that Biden would get his own figure after he won the 2020 election.

Madame Tussauds revealed that it took about 6 weeks to sculpt the current figures and it will take another 4 to 6 months to complete them. The final display will show Joe Biden and Kamala Harris wearing replica outfits of the ones they wore on Inauguration Day.

If y’all recall Moneybagg Joe was suited and booted in a midnight blue Ralph Lauren suit and Kamala Kash was dripped down in Black designers, wearing a purple coat, dress and pearl accessories.

The figures are set to be unveiled sometime this year and will be featured in the museum’s “Oval Office” experience.
