Larry King Reportedly Hospitalized With COVID-19

Legendary talk show host Larry King has reportedly been hospitalized after testing positive for COVID-19. According to ABC News, a source close to King’s family confirmed the news.

The source said, “Larry has fought so many health issues in the last few years and he is fighting this one hard too, he’s a champ.” King is currently hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

It has been noted that King has suffered from medical issues in the past. Back in 1987, he suffered from a heart attack. He revealed back in 2017 that he was treated for lung cancer, and in 2019 he had an angioplasty and also suffered from a stroke.

Last year he, unfortunately, lost two of his five children within a month span. His son Andy passed from a heart attack in July and his daughter Chaia passed away from lung cancer in August.

King hosted CNN‘s “Larry King Live” for 25 years, where he interviewed some of the most prominent names from various industries. On Saturday, the outlet reported that he has been hospitalized with COVID for more than a week, and due to hospital protocol, his children have not been able to visit him.

No further information about his condition has been revealed. We’ll continue to keep you updated.

We are keeping Larry King lifted in prayer during this time.
