Universal announced the Drive-Away Dolls Blu-ray release date on Friday and also confirmed that the film will be available to stream exclusively on Peacock on April 12, 2024.

The solo directorial debut for Ethan Coen will arrive in physical form on April 23, 2024, when Drive-Away Dolls releases on Blu-ray and DVD. Alongside the physical release date, Universal also revealed a handful of special features set to appear on the Blu-ray, DVD, and digital versions of the film, including:

  • ROAD TRIP ESSENTIALS

The film stars Margaret Qualley (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood) as Jamie, Geraldine Viswanathan (Blockers) as Marian, and Beanie Feldstein (Booksmart) as Sukie, with Colman Domingo (If Beale Street Could Talk), Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us), Bill Camp (The Queen’s Gambit), and Matt Damon (Ocean’s Eleven films).

What is Drive-Away Dolls about?

“This comedy caper follows Jamie, an uninhibited free spirit bemoaning yet another breakup with a girlfriend, and her demure friend Marian who desperately needs to loosen up,” reads the official synopsis. “In search of a fresh start, the two embark on an impromptu road trip to Tallahassee, but things quickly go awry when they cross paths with a group of inept criminals along the way.”

Drive-Away Dolls is co-written by Ethan Coen and his wife Tricia Cooke, who are both executive producing. Robert Graf, Tim Bevan, and Eric Fellner are producing the comedy caper. It hails from Focus Features and Working Title.
