Not satisfied with the standard 56 brilliant-cut diamonds on the lugs and crown guards, 36 colored baguette-cut sapphires on the bezel and another 11 sapphires on the hour markers, Chainz specced his out with a bracelet set with a few dozen additional diamonds.
