Alexis Skyy Says Woman Who Alleges She Was Scammed Has Refused Refund Three Times

A woman named Jumeika Davis alleges Alexis Skyy scammed her out of $1,150 for a stay at Alexis’ former recovery house used to assist women recovering from plastic surgery.

Davis took the issue to social media, first

making a TikTok explaining that she paid for a premium suite that would allow her to bring someone with her. But she alleges she was told she couldn’t, and the info on the now-deleted site was wrong.

Initially claiming her policy stated “no refund,” Alexis Skyy decided to give Davis her money back through CashApp. While Davis claimed she wanted a refund, she declined the money and returned it to Alexis.

Alexis stated, “Here is my official statement about a business venture I’m no longer attached to. This business had a strict no refund policy, but ultimately, my team and I decided to distribute a FULL REFUND.” She continued, “Our full refund was denied, however, my team and I attempted to make right of this situation.

Davis took to Instagram Live and stated she declined the money because she wanted “justice.” She also alleged Skyy “is a habitual liar” and “scammer.”

Davis went on to say that she plans to go to court, insinuating she would file a lawsuit against Alexis.
