Lamar Odom Speaks Out About Tristan Thompson: “He’s A Black Man, He’s In The NBA, We’re Fraternity Brothers”

Whew! Last week the battle of Khloé Kardashian’s exes unfolded on the ‘gram after Lamar Odom commented “Hottie” under one of Khloe’s Instagram photos. The father of her daughter, and ex-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, said ‘Aht Aht’ and called out Lamar for the comment and seemingly threatened him by referring to his previous nearly fatal overdose. Although it played out online, it seems like Lamar might be over the situation.

In a sit-down interview with The Megan Pormer Show, Lamar said that things with Tristan could have turned ugly, but he left the issue alone because Tristan doesn’t know him. He continued speaking about Tristan saying, “He’s a Black man, he’s in the NBA, so we’re fraternity brothers at the end of the day.” Lamar said he would leave it at that, but it was clear that he felt Tristan made a mistake by leaving the comment towards him. As he finished up his statements, he ended up wishing Tristan the best.

Khloe is out here single in these streets, and one can only wonder if Lamar will continue to add pressure in hopes of rekindling the flame with his ex-wife. Just yesterday, he reshared an excerpt from an interview with Megan on his Instagram story. In the article, he made it very clear that he wants to get back together with Khloe. Megan asked if he would date Khloe, and he replied, “In a heartbeat,” adding that the real question at hand is if she would get back with him.

On the other hand, while Lamar has publicly addressed the situation, Tristan hasn’t responded and seems to be focused on other things like spending time with his daughter True. On Tuesday, he took to his Instagram story to share a moment of him painting his daughter’s nails, affectionately calling her “TuTu.”
