Luke Bryan Announces 2021 ‘Proud To Be Here’ Tour After Massive ACM Win

Hot off a major win in the Entertainer of the Year department at the 2021 ACM Awards, Luke Bryan is rolling with the good news by announcing a tour for the summer of 2021.

After months and months of being apart from his fans, Bryan thought the upcoming season was the perfect opportunity to make a comeback to the stage with a little help from his country music friends.

“There is nothing more gratifying about writing and recording music than getting to play it live for the fans. There’s several songs off my new album that I’ve never performed live” Bryan said recently. “I can’t believe this moment is nearly here when we get to hop on the tour bus and roll into towns across America and get back to doing what we do best. What we live to do!”

The “Most People Are Good” singer is recruiting a few notable up-and-comers to join along on the adventure including Dylan Scott, Caylee Hammack and Runaway June. DJ Rock will also make guest appearances throughout the run.

Bryan most recently rescheduled his well-known Crash My Playa Festival for 2022, featuring previous headliner Jason Aldean. Based in Cancun, the country singer was beyond thrilled to bring back one of his signature events after having to be away from the fans throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I have been so ready to tell you that Playa is back for 2022!,” Bryan explained in a press release. “This is one of my favorite events we get to do and it’s because all of you keep showing up and making it so much fun. Jason and I had a blast in 2020 so it didn’t take me long to talk him into coming back.”

In the meantime, fans of Bryan can catch him as a judge on this season of American Idol, airing Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
