Fake Heiress Anna Delvey Shares Eye-Popping Message About Deception

Anna Delvey is about to make a splash on social media.

The socialite con-artist—whose 2017 arrest for defrauding major financial institutions, banks, hotels and acquaintances was the subject of Netflix’s Inventing Anna—is returning to social media on Aug. 17 for the first time since her 2022 prison release.

As for why? Delvey (a.k.a. Anna Sorokin) is gearing up to binge USA’s new cutthroat reality competition series The Anonymous.

“I hear you say there’s a new showed called The Anonymous that’s all about deception,” the 33-year-old, who remains under house arrest, says in E! News’ exclusive sneak peek while flaunting her court-ordered ankle monitoring device. “I might know a thing or two about deception.”

As for Delvey’s advice for the 12 contestants who will be scheming and backstabbing in an attempt to win up to $100,000?

“Never be afraid to dress up your look—or the truth,” she adds in the teaser. “Trust me, I’d never lie to you.”
