Lala Kent is recovering after a recent pregnancy scare.
The Vanderpump Rules star—who is expecting her second child, a baby girl—revealed she suffered some unsettling health problems last month while hosting a party for family and friends at her home.
“I walked this little kid up the stairs to show him the playroom and all of a sudden my arms and legs went numb, and I could not breathe,” the 33-year-old recounted on the July 24 episode of her Give Them Lala podcast. “And [it] took everything in me to not pass out and just make it to my bed.”
“And I was trying to yell for my mom,” the Bravo star added, “but again, I was really struggling, and I was very, very concerned.”
After lying down, Lala said her mother Lisa Burningham called her obstetrician, who asked if the baby was moving.
“She was definitely active,” Kent—who is already mom to 3-year-old daughter Ocean with ex Randal Emmett—explained. “I said, ‘She hasn’t stopped moving.’ And he was like, ‘Oh, okay, I’m less concerned now. She could be positioned weird.'”
