Guest rooms provide picture-perfect views of the city, or the hotel’s pool deck and urban oasis. They range in size from a Downtown Room at 315 sq. ft. to 700 sq. ft. suites on the 5th to 19th floors.

1. Cookies & Milk at Bayou & Bean is offering guests a complimentary cookie warmed to order and a glass of milk. This special is every Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m.

2. Ben Jackson’s Magic, Music & Mayhem is a live one-man truly immersive magic show with close-up experiences on December 22-23 and 26-30.

3. Indulge and be pampered with a Peppermint Pampering at The Spa. This massage will balance your body and mind during this sometimes stressful time. Starting on December 1 through January 7, enjoy a full body aromatherapy massage at The Spa, as peppermint essential oil is blended by Travertine Spa and used all over your body to heighten your senses. This relaxing 50-minute massage includes a choice of a peppermint foot or back scrub exfoliation to revitalize, hydrate and brighten the skin. Guests also receive a travel size peppermint scrub as a gift to continue their holiday spa experience at home. This treatment is $250, and the 80-minutes massage session is $315.

4. Gingerbread Tea with Santa is on December 17, from 12 to 2 p.m. Families will enjoy an afternoon with Santa Claus, while sipping from pots of tea and assorted pastries. Sparkling wine will be offered to adults, while little ones decorate a gingerbread house. Reservations are $95 per person and complimentary for children ages 5 and under.

5. Youth holiday carollers from TUTS Choir sing their favorite holiday songs in the hotel on December 8, 15, 22, and 23. Guests can listen to lively jingles while sipping a seasonal beverage or festive dinner at Bayou & Bottle.

Christmas brunch is $145 for adults and $65 for children 12 and under. Reservations are required.

8. Celebrate the last evening of 2023 at Bandista for an intimate New Year’s Eve gathering. There are only 20 seats available at this luxury speakeasy bar and lounge. Houston’s best bartenders will entertain, while guests receive party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. Reservations are $50 per person. 

9. Those looking to dance to the sounds of BELLOSOUND DJ during New Year’s Eve, join others at the NYE Party at Bayou & Bottle. Enjoy party favors, a midnight champagne toast, and photo area to document your last photo of 2023 and the first photo of 2024. Reservations for tables and booths are $100 per person.

10. Krigler introduces its newest Holiday fragrance, BOUDoir 223. This rich and international scent is a complexity of woody, spicy aroma of oud from Thailand, as well as patchouli from both the Seychelles and the Philippines. There are hints of raspberry from Poland and the United States, black currant from Wales, cypress from Tuscany, a malt blend from Scotland, tobacco from Argentina, labdanum from Spain, black tea from Kenya, coffee beans from Brazil, and cedar from India.

BOUDoir Renaissance 223 boasts a perfume concentration of 40 percent and is available in limited quantities in a 50 ml bottle for $810 and $1,215 for a 100 ml bottle at the Hotel’s Krigler boutique.
