Freeform teased that the series follows Elena Santos (Mariel Molino), as she maneuvers her way into the life of an affluent Manhattan-based family. While working as their nanny, Elena “quickly learns that everyone in the mysterious building has deadly secrets and ulterior motives,” per the network.
