Alyssa Scott Speaks Out Following Nick Cannon’s Announcement That He’s Expecting A Child With Bri Tiesi

Alyssa Scott Speaks Out Following Nick Cannon’s Announcement

Whew! Today has been a day full of pregnancy reveals. Rihanna and Nick Cannon both broke the innanet as Rih is expecting her first child with A$AP Rocky, and Nick is expecting his 8th baby with model Bre Tiesi. As we reported earlier, Nick made the announcement on his daytime talk show. However, it seems like Alyssa Scott, the mother of his son Zen, who passed away on December 5th, has something to say in the wake of the news.

If you recall, Zen passed away due to a brain tumor. After the announcement, Alyssa shared a lengthy message on Instagram thanking everyone for showing her support as she grieves the loss of her son. “It is painful having my son be a part of conversations that aren’t in alignment with his light and legacy. It isn’t something I chose for him or myself,” she wrote.

She continued, “It’s important for me to let you all know I am centered. I am at peace. I look at everyone’s predicament with loving eyes. I will not judge. I will consciously decide what I will participate in. I am surrounded by love. God, my mom, dad, sister, brother, and daughter continue to carry me.”

In a separate post, Alyssa shared a photo of Zen being held, in what appeared to be a hospital, while explaining she knew since August that her baby boy’s time on this earth would be limited. Bri is also speaking out since her name is in the headlines. She shared a message on Instagram stating, “I purposefully kept my pregnancy private for various personal reasons, and am horrified that this precious moment was exploited and plastered all over TMZ.”

Roommates, what do you think about Alyssa and Bri’s comments?
