Kelsea Ballerini Joins #AerieREAL Voices Campaign

Kelsea Ballerini has joined forces with Aerie as part of the clothing brand’s #AerieREAL Voices campaign. The campaign aims to highlight real people and real voices, and Ballerini is joined by Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman, actress Antonia Gentry, TikTok makers the NaeNaeTwins, and wheelchair dance team, the Rollettes, in the cause. Ballerini announced her participation in the campaign in a social media post on Tuesday, August 17.

“Very proud and thrilled to partner with @aerie for the launch of our #AerieREAL Voices campaign,” wrote Ballerini, alongside a photo. “It’s all about celebrating what makes us confident and doing it with no filters and with all the self love. Tell us why you’re #AerieREAL on aerie.com and you could be part of our next campaign. #AeriePartner”

Ballerini posted another photo for the campaign and shared her journey to becoming more body positive.

“honestly, if ya would’ve told me a few years ago I’d be in a campaign in my undies with zero retouching…I woulda [run emoji]…but I’m proud of the personal growth I’ve had recalibrating my relationship with my body and what feels healthy, strong, and sustainable for myself and lifestyle. vulnerable? yes, but happy. thanks @aerie for having me along for the reallll ride #AeriePartner #AerieREAL,” she wrote.

Ballerini posted a third photo, sharing that she has more to reveal soon, but in the meantime, she’s asking fans to comment “when/where/how YOU feel your most confident and real?”

Ballerini teased her upcoming partnership with Aerie earlier this week by posting a photo of herself in an Aerie swimsuit and tagging the brand. “soaking up my last weekend at home before hitting the road for three months (there’s a hint to a fun announcement coming tuesday in this photo),” wrote the singer.

According to a press release, the #AerieREAL campaign will feature “social, digital, and in-store activations,” which will highlight the Aerie community’s “real voices.” Fans also have the opportunity to join in on Aerie’s next campaign by submitting a personal video that shows their real selves to ae.com.
