Last, but certainly not least, on our list of luxury cities to immigrate to is Tbilisi in Georgia. Georgia is full of medieval history, but it is truly an up-and-coming place for people to stay and enjoy a life of luxury.

Offering a low cost of living, safe streets, and friendly people, it shouldn’t be underestimated. Some even refer to it as the “next America” due to its “open market principles that contributed to America’s progress so many years ago”.
