Romantic Spots during Valentine’s Day in Las Vegas

Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse, the newest dining addition to Flamingo Las Vegas is serving a multi-course prix fixe menu for $195 per couple. Enjoy a sparkling wine toast with either a crab cake, lobster bisque soup, chopped salad or Caesar salad. Entree options include a 32-ounce dry-aged prime tomahawk rib eye, roasted rack of lamb or Mediterranean-style whole branzino. Couples have a choice of two side dishes that include asparagus, sauteed mushrooms, Yukon gold potato puree or mac and cheese. To end the meal with a sweet note, couples can enjoy a duo of strawberry parfait and chocolate mousse topped with light strawberry marmalade, rose petals and fresh strawberries. As a parting gift, guests will receive a bottle of wine to enjoy later.

The Cromwell is home to the U.S. version of the reality show ‘Love Island.’ The contestants and crew were sequestered in a ‘bubble’ for five weeks during the summer of 2020, while the boutique resort was closed to guests. Now visitors can stay at The Cromwell, dine at GIADA, and take a selfie of the iconic ‘Love Island’ heart sculpture fans may remember from the show. Emmy Award winning chef Giada De Laurentiis is offering two special Valentine’s Day tasting menus at GIADA to enhance a romantic mood. Her California-Italian fare may be paired with wine for an additional $70. For those who want to splurge, they may include Giada’s private premium wines for an additional $120 per person.

Sit at a table among feminine touches and ambient lighting as you look out onto the sparkling lights of the Las Vegas Strip. The first tasting menu is $140 per person and includes an arugula or romaine salad. Next select from variety of entrees that include spaghetti with shrimp, Mascarpone cheese, lemon and basil; Cacciatore-style Italian fried chicken; salmon served with artichokes, sundried tomatoes and lemon butter sauce; or petit filet with loaded sweet potato, escarole and Amarone-maple gastrique. Guests may upgrade this dish to an indulgent surf and turf with an 8-ounce lobster add-on for $45. For dessert, couples have a choice of either Giada’s favorite cookies or Mascarpone cheesecake

The second GIADA prix fixe menu begins with an amuse tasting plate that includes French Kiss oysters with rosé and lime pearl Mignonette; Golden Oscetra Caviar and smoked salmon Crostini; and lobster Arancini and creamy pomodoro bisque. The second course includes king crab cannelloni or truffle risotto. Entrée options include sautéed diver scallops or hearty wagyu short rib. End on a sweet note with a choice of boccone dolce or Giada’s favorite cookies. This special tasting is priced at $175 per person.

Inside Paris Las Vegas, impress your loved one with a special multi-course, prix fixe menu at Gordon Ramsay Steak. Start with roasted foie gras and short rib gateau, followed by a duo of hamachi and ahi, pickled mushrooms, puffed rice and a miso vinaigrette with lime aioli. The third course includes Alaskan king crab Rockefeller made with Pernod creamed spinach, bearnaise sauce and espelette. The fourth course includes a savory land and sea Wellington that includes a butter poached Atlantic lobster, glazed petite vegetables and potato puree. Finish with an indulgent Nottingham Forest served with a red velvet sable crust, cherry and dark chocolate mousse, chocolate sponge cake and cherry noir gelee. This exquisite dinner is $175 per person. Enjoy an exceptional wine pairing for an additional $75 per person.

Before or after dinner, since Paris is known as the city of love and romance, take a trip up 46 stories high to the top of the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck. It’s a half-scale replica of the famous Paris, France landmark.

Priced at $600, the ‘VIP Sunset Cabin’ package includes priority boarding and a private escort to your private cabin for 30 minutes during sunset viewing, a Bluetooth speaker for custom music and drinks may be purchased pre-departure and brought into the cabin. This package must be made up to 24 hours in advance.

Those choosing to stay overnight at The LINQ Hotel and Experience can enjoy Caesar’s New Year, New Empire room rates starting at $39 on Friday, Feb. 12, $127 on Feb. 13, and $34 on Feb. 14, 2021. Rates may change.
