Since we’re getting close to the 2022 opening of the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Nashville, we figured it’s a great time to let you in on what will be the city’s most sought after and iconic residence. Taking over the entire 40th floor of the under-construction high rise in downtown Nashville, the Grand Penthouse is officially on the market for $25 million.
While the 9,300 square-foot penthouse interior (with an additional 1,500 square feet of exterior space) can be built to any specifications desired by its owner, development partners Congress Group Inc. and AECOM Capital commissioned Brodin Design Build, led by world renowned designer and artist Gavin Brodin, to create a stunning, unique, and authentic vision for the Grand Penthouse to inspire or guide the build-out by its buyer if desired.

The dream is for the penthouse to be split evenly between entertaining and living spaces, with gorgeous master bedrooms, fire pits, and a theater. It will be decked out with wood features, shadow gaps, metals, paneled leather walls, secret hidden doors, wine and champagne displays, and an expansive three-sided bar.
In addition to the Grand Penthouse, the project will also feature six half floor Penthouses on floors 37 through 39 that will be built to the design specifications of Brodin.
Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville sales are led by Director of Sales Marie-Laure Frère from a 4,500 sf sales gallery in the neighboring 222 Building. In its first release in March of 2020, the project sold $80 million in Private Residences in one day. The Spring Release, its second release has now commenced with private tours now being scheduled through February.
